DayCare http://daycare.day.com is Day's web-based online tool for all your service and support requests.

For consulting and training services, you are able to define a request in detail using service request forms. For support services, the DayCare Ticketing System allows for 24 x 7 problem tracking and solving.

Only licensed clients or partners will receive a login Id, allowing them to open indicents' (create a ticket), or to enter comments on publically available incidents (update a public ticket). Additionally, voting for tickets to raise their importance will only be available to valid users with login Ids.

Note: Day's CRX "product knowledge base" is open to everyone. No login Id is needed to access this section of DayCare
