Annual General Meeting

The 8th Annual General Meeting of shareholders of Day Software Holding AG will take place on May 15, 2008, at 10.30 a.m. at the UBS Conference Centre, Viaduktstrasse 33, 4051 Basel, Switzerland. Doors will open at 10.00 a.m. Only registered shareholders may participate. Registered shareholders will receive an invitation 21 days prior to the meeting.

Day Software has extended the deadline for entries for the first annual Global JCR Cup. The contest will now run through 12:00am PT, September 30, 2008. The winner will receive a fully loaded MacBook Pro with a 17-inch widescreen.
