Ignite 2010 is taking place in 2 cities, Chicago, IL and Berlin, Germany.

Ignite Chicago 2010 will be held at The Westin Chicago River North, a beautiful 5-star hotel nestled in the heart of Chicago’s business and theatre districts, trendy restaurants and art galleries with a scenic view of the Chicago River.

Ignite Berlin 2010 will be held at Grand Hyatt Berlin, an elegant 5-star hotel that anchors the newly built centre of Potsdamer Platz with powerful architecture and innovative interior design.

All Day customers and prospective customers, whether running CQ or CRX should attend Ignite.  With both business and technical tracks this year, we recommend both business and technical leads attend this event to get the maximum benefit from our agenda.

At Ignite, you can expect to meet and network with your peers in the Day community from a variety of industries to share your content management ideas, strategies, and CQ5 plans.  You can also expect to learn about new deployment options from Day's sponsoring solution partners, and interact with senior members of the Day management, technical, and sales team.  From 1:1 meetings to group discussions to informal talks during our social events, Ignite 2010 aims to keep the conversation flowing. Ignite 2010 offers a rich opportunity to listen, learn, and share experiences to help you advance your 2010 and 2011 content management plans.

Your registration includes a full 2-day conference pass, with full access to all keynotes, business and technical presentations, the Sponsor Pavilion and an event device for your use while at Ignite to enhance your Ignite Experience. Lunch and refreshment breaks are served on both days. Dinners are also hosted on two evenings, including the first night event with Sponsor Pavillion, and our event finale, the special offsite, Spectacular.

Chicago:

The special Ignite package for Chicago is now sold out. Conference-only passes are still available.

Berlin:

The special Ignite package for Berlin is still available. The package includes the full 2-day conference pass and hotel rooms for 2 nights as follows on November 2 and 3, 2010

The hotel room package is not exchangeable for cash or other forms and cannot be substituted for other dates.

Chicago

Hotel rooms at the conference venue, Westin Chicago River North, at the conference preferential rate are now sold out and no longer available.

Berlin

If you would like additional room nights, or require assistance to book your hotel rooms, please send us an email at day.ignite@day.com. Ignite 2010 is the start of a new series of community-building programs from Day.  After Ignite, please expect a regular series of webinars, seminars, and community meet-ups to help you continue the conversation and expand your knowledge of what's happening in the Day community.

We hope that you will be able to join us but we understand that sometimes schedule changes. Any customer registering for Ignite can cancel up to four (4) weeks before the event for a full refund. For any cancellation within four (4) weeks of the event, we will have a 50% cancellation charge for a 50% refund of your registration fee. For any cancellation within two (2) weeks of the event, we will have an 80% cancellation charge for a 20% refund of your registration fee.
