Adobe recommends users of Adobe CQ 5.4 and ADEP WEM 5.4 to download and install the Security Update Package which is available on Adobe Package Share.
From your CQ instance, please download the Security update under

Note that this update represents an out-of-cycle release and will be incorporated with the next CQ version release.

A CQ 5.4 hotfix is available which addresses a problem with moving assets in DAM. For more information, please refer to our knowledgebase.

Omniture Integration Hotfix which inludes many known issues are fixed and available as a CQ 5.4 hotfix package under package share. You could download and install the package from public folder of the package share using your package share account. 

CRX Hotfix pack 2.1.0.17 has been released which addresses a bunch of fixes for diverse issues. For more information, please refer to our knowledgebase.

The latest Dispatcher version is 4.1.0. Please find the right Dispatcher Build for your environment on PackageShare. You can access PackageShare from a local CQ5/WEM/ADEP instance. In the public section, you will find the Dispatcher Download page under the Adobe (CQ5 and CRX) folder.
