From the roles listed below, identify the role that best defines what your CQ responsibilities will be and view the courses for that role.

Content Contributor (Authors)Content Contributor (Authors)

Content Contributors are also referred to as Authors within CQ.  If you are responsible for adding or editing content on your web site, the following courses are for you:

  • Introduction to CQ Training
  • CQ Advanced Author Training

System AdministratorSystem Administrator

System Administrators are responsible for troubleshooting and making sure everything is working from the “back end” of CQ.  If you are responsible for supporting your Authors and have experience with your system environment, the following courses are for you:

  • CQ System Administrator Training
  • CQ Advanced Author Training

DeveloperDeveloper

Developers are also referred to as Solutions Engineers. Solutions Engineers are responsible for creating the templates that Authors will use to display content out to the web. Solutions Engineers must have experience in coding and meet all the prerequisites in order to attend the following development courses:

  • CQ Developer Training JSP
  • CQ System Administrator Training (optional)
  • Custom Workshops (optional)

Project ManagersProject Managers

Project Managers are responsible for managing the entire implementation including scoping the project, developing Detailed Requirements Specifications (DRS), and managing Solution Engineers:

  • Introduction to CQ Training
  • CQ Advanced Author Training
  • CQ Project Manager Training

Direct SalesDirect Sales

This role is exclusively for Partners that are responsible for selling CQ.

  • Introduction to CQ Training
